Details

This project built a greywater collection and treatment system from dorms and canteens using bio-filtration and membrane processes, recycling water for landscaping and fountains. It reduced potable water demand while providing hands-on learning in water engineering.

The prototype handled 60 m³/day with online monitoring of turbidity, DO, and pH, feeding real-time data into courses and research.

By 2024, 14,500 m³ recycled, potable use cut 22%, costs reduced THB 1.1M, and students gained practical training. The project supports SDG 6, SDG 12, and SDG 13, and fulfills 2024 indicators 34 and 96.
