Carbon-Neutral Agricultural Supply Chain Pilot
Faculty of Economics at Sriracha , Sriracha Campus
Details
This project piloted a carbon-neutral supply chain for agricultural products, starting with campus farms. Produce was tracked end-to-end from cultivation and transport to canteen distribution via blockchain for transparency.
Emission reduction measures included renewables, EV logistics, biodegradable packaging, and carbon credits from reforestation. These balanced the production cycle to neutrality.
By 2025, net GHG emissions were cut 1,200 tCO2e. The project set a replicable standard for smallholders and SMEs, aligning with SDG 12, SDG 2, and SDG 13, fulfilling 2025 indicators 96, 210, and 111.
